Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item.

Everyone who shops receives the following guarantees:

  • Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
  • Replacement if the item is damaged.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 business days not including 4-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment.

Your refund will not be approved if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Size related issues: We advise that you to refer to our size charts or contact us with size-related questions prior to making your purchase.
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SAVANA (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swim and shape-wear are non-returnable and are final sale.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of SAVANA.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
