Training on the yoga mat, yoga classes and the like

Yoga and relatives, such as Tai Chi or Chi Gong, also have a very positive effect on  varicocele healing, fertility and stress reduction. Various yoga poses help very well to mobilize the hip again after sitting for a longer period of time in order to normalize the blood flow in the lower abdomen and the varicocele. This way also sudden left testicular pain in everyday life with varicocele can be alleviated.

All methods pay great attention to breathing and create a connection between body and mind. Regular units of 10 to 45 minutes can have a very positive influence on the course of your varicocele healing. The targeted tension and relaxation exercises in combination with even breathing in the target area of the body activate the harmony between body and mind.

We recommend taking a taster course and choose one of the options that you like. Perform this method for a period of at least 3 months. If you do not have sufficient financial resources to take a professional course, of course you can also look at corresponding training units on the Internet. Free apps in the smartphone store (Android-Store) also offer a great alternative to a yoga class.

Tip: Set the “focus” in the app to “hip opener” for the best results.

You can then carry out the training comfortably on your yoga mat at home and interrupt the videos at any time, jump back or repeat on another day. At this point, a visit to your smartphone’s app store (Apple-Store) always makes sense.

If you are a member of a gym, you can also inquire there whether special yoga classes or courses such as spinal gymnastics, abdominal or stretching exercises are offered. Stretching exercises are also suitable directly after your strength training.

After the repeated contraction and relaxation of the muscles, it is advisable to stretch the previously trained muscle groups again. For additional stretching exercises of the hip flexor or back, you can always go to your trainer and ask which stretching exercises he or she can recommend for you.

Important: Make stretching or yoga sessions one of your good habits and do regular workouts (at least 3 times a week).
