*Please note in some cases your order may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors related to COVID-19. 

Order processing: Please allow 2-3 business days before shipment. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays). 

Cancellation Policy:  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

How do I track my order status? 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
